REFERRALS TEAM EXPANDS

Due to continued growth and expansion across the group we have expanded our Referrals Team and are pleased to welcome Debbie Clarkson as the new Referrals Manager for Truecare. Debbie joins us with a wealth of experience in the care sector, working in various settings including supported living accomodations.

Debbie will be based at our Fareham office however she will also be spending time at our Reading branch working closely with the Referrals team and our Operational Managers.

The CHOICE care group, which includes Truecare Group in Hampshire and Orchard End Group in Gloucester, specialises in care and support for adults with learning disabilities, complex behaviours and Mental Health needs. The group has seen rapid growth over the last 4 years and has grown from 8 to 38 residential homes providing services for up to 300 clients. In this time the group has extended its geographic reach and expanded its range of services to include mental health and autistic spectrum disorders.

The group has recently opened three new homes in Cheltenham, Reading and Swindon and is completing a programme of refurbishment in two homes in Southampton.
