CHOICE STRENGTHENS SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM AS GROUP CONTINUES TO EXPAND

Due to continued growth and expansion, specialist care group CHOICE has created the roles. Tracy Lanes to Director of Operations and Tracy Griffin to Director of Referrals and New Projects.

The CHOICE care group, which includes Truecare Group in Hampshire and Orchard End Group in Gloucester, specialises in care and support for adults with learning disabilities, complex behaviours and Mental Health needs. The group has seen rapid growth over the last 4 years and has grown from 8 to 38 residential homes providing services for up to 300 clients. In this time the group has extended its geographic reach and expanded its range of services to include mental health and autistic spectrum disorders.

The group has recently opened two new homes in Southampton, Sennen Lodge (LD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and Fritham House (Mental Health) and is completing a programme of refurbishment in 3 homes in Cheltenham, Reading and Swindon.
