Our Philosophy
We aim to maintain a supportive and stimulating environment; providing high standards of individual care designed to meet specific needs. We promote self-help and community integration by encouraging independence and personal achievement in living skills, social development, communication and education, whilst at the same time preserving and upholding self-determination, privacy and dignity. We take care to meet individual physical and emotional needs, encouraging development through preferred activities and nurturing positive relationships with staff and peers.
