About Fairview
Fairview is a spacious six bedroomed detached home on a quiet residential street in the village of Baughurst, close to the busy town of Tadley in Hampshire, for adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs.

Baughurst has good road and rail links to the larger towns of Basingstoke, Reading & Newbury where there are a wealth of leisure activities and community facilities.

In the main part of the house there are four large bedrooms – two of which have en suite facilities – a communal bathroom, large lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is also a large, self-contained annexe has two bedrooms with en suite facilities and has its own kitchen and lounge-diner.
To the rear of the home is a large, sunny garden with patio areas and planted with flower beds. The garden is divided into two areas for privacy and safety.

Where is Fairview?

From M4 Junction 12

Take the A4 toward Newbury.
Carry on over two roundabouts, remaining on the A4.
At the next roundabout take the A340 toward Aldermaston.
Go through Aldermaston Wharf and Aldermaston Village, staying on the A340.
At the roundabout with ‘Calleva Park’ on the right hand side, go straight over (onto Heath End Road).
Take the second road on the left (Pinks Lane) and Fairview is approximately 50 yards on the right hand side.

From M3 Junction 6

Take the A339 (Ring Road).
Proceed straight on at the first roundabout and past the next two junctions.
Take the A340 toward Tadley.
Once you get into Tadley, go straight over the roundabout and follow the one-way system.
At the next roundabout turn left onto Heath End Road. Take the second road on the left (Pinks Lane). Fairview is approximately 50 yards on the right hand side.
