Peppard House is registered for 7 adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities and associated complex needs. It is a large, detached house of considerable character, close to Caversham Village, the River Thames and Reading Town Centre being just one mile away. The accommodation is over three floors. There are three single bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has en suite facilities, and four bedrooms on the first floor, on the 3rd floor is a sensory room, separate bathroom, and staff office.
Further accommodation includes a large lounge area, dining room, three bathrooms and two sensory rooms.
On the ground floor at the rear of the house is the day services and recreation room where service users can enjoy arts and crafts, relaxation and music activities.
This leads to a large, safe enclosed garden that also has a summer house. In addition the home has its own transport to use for its leisure, recreational, educational trips, activities in the community.

We offer when needed support and advice from our in house Psychology and Psychiatry Teams.
Where is Peppard House?
From Junction 10 of the M4, take the A329(M) into central Reading.
As you drive around the centre of Reading follow signs to Caversham.
Proceed over the bridge into Caversham village and turn left at the traffic lights onto the A4074 towards Oxford.
Peppard House is approximately 1 mile on the left hand side.
