Our Philosophy
Part of the back garden at Bramerton, showing the summer house and patio - Care homes in Berkshire Bramerton aims to address each person’s complex needs and support them in their individuality. To provide such a service we favour a partnership approach, taking a holistic view of the person to ensure all their needs are met, including social, emotional, cultural and educational needs.

We further aim to provide a quality service that is reflected in the lives of the people whose home it is. This is achieved through our relationships with their families and care management teams and in our staff who offer support and encouragement whilst facilitating individuals’ links with others in the wider community.
