About Bramerton
CQC rating - Good
Bramerton registered for 10 is a large, detached house for male adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities set in a supportive, spacious environment that ensures the safety and well-being of its service users.
There are 10 single bedrooms over two floors with two lounge areas, separate dining room, kitchen, office and downstairs toilets and a large basement relaxation area.
There is also a separate day services building adjacent to the main house which provides a base for activities such as computer and arts and crafts. In addition we have two vehicles that are used for leisure, recreational, educational trips and activities in the community.
Our Philosophy
Bramerton aims to address each person’s complex needs and support them in their individuality. To provide such a service we favour a partnership approach, taking a holistic view of the person to ensure all their needs are met, including social, emotional, cultural and educational needs.
We further aim to provide a quality service that is reflected in the lives of the people whose home it is. This is achieved through our relationships with their families and care management teams and in our staff who offer support and encouragement whilst facilitating individuals’ links with others in the wider community.
We offer when needed support and advice from our in house Psychology and Psychiatry Teams.
