Appletrees is a large, detached country house of considerable character offering mid to long term care of adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities and associated complex needs. The home – set in beautiful open meadowland near to the village of Bucklebury – offers single accommodation for eight individuals over two floors.

The accommodation includes a large living room, dining room, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The large garden is ideal for summer activities and provides a relaxing and safe environment for service users.

Situated within the grounds we have Treetops, a separate, purpose-built day services centre, where sessions for education and relaxation are held.

Our staff give twenty-four hour care and support in order to provide opportunities to learn and experience enjoyable activities in a homely and secure living environment.

Where is Appletrees?

From Junction 12 of the M4, turn onto the A4 (Bath Road) towards Newbury.

Go straight over the next two roundabouts and keep following the road until you enter the village of Woolhampton.

Turn right onto Woolhampton Hill Road and follow this road until you reach a T-junction.

Turn left, drive approximately half a mile and turn right onto Hatch Lane. Follow this road until you reach the village of Chapel Row.

At the T-junction turn left, then immediately right. Appletrees is 100 yards on the right.
